Our purpose is to deliver powerful moments of exceptional experiences that transform visitors into advocates and drive repeat visitation.

This mission is lead by our Visitor Services team that is support strongly by HOTA Ambassadors (volunteers). HOTA’s Ambassadors are the welcomers, the way finders and the connectors of our community. They share stories, lend a listening ear and take the initiative to assist our visitors in anyway possible. Our Ambassadors have an immense wealth of knowledge and skills that they bring to the role and deliver incredible personalised experiences that are uniquely their own.

HOTA, Home of the Arts mission is to be an iconic Gold Coast destination where art, entertainment, culture and lifestyle meet. A place that locals love and visitors must-see.

Alongside our arts and event offering, we are devoted to the visitor experience.

The diversity of our team ensures we deliver a personalised approach to visitor experience that ensure each interaction is genuine and build relationships across the wider community. We welcome visitors as though we would our home, making them feel comfortable, encouraged and empowered to explore the HOTA precinct and provide an unbiased platform to encourage discussion, conversation and exploration from our visitors to foster creativity and belonging.

We are steadily recruiting volunteers from the community to be apart of the HOTA family and represent us as HOTA Ambassadors.
