Food For All provides emergency food relief for those in need in the local community. From day one our motto has been 'Local people caring for local people' and we've been proud to help the local community for over 33 years.

We are a charity based in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. We provide emergency food relief for those in need in our local community. We are funded by donations from local people, businesses, philanthropic foundations and an occasional government grant. We have no paid employees - everyone volunteers. Volunteers pack food bags every Thursday at our depot. We start at 7am and the pack usually last just over an hour. There is no cost to volunteer with us but we do require a membership form to be completed and all volunteers have to have a Working With Children Permit as we operate on school grounds. We can help you apply for a Working with Children Permit if necessary. Our charity is run by a committee and they meet monthly after the pack on the third Thursday of every month. The meetings usually last around an hour. Volunteers nominate to be on the committee as either a general member or an office holder. We hold our General Meeting once a year in October and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission. In December we work closely with the Ulysses Bike Riders from all around Victoria. This group of motorcyclists who are over 40 years of age, collect toys throughout the year through their various branches and then all ride down to Rosebud from all over the state one Saturday morning in December to deliver the toys and enjoy morning tea with us. It's quite a sight to see around 300 motorbikes riding down together after gathering in Frankston to arrive at Rosebud to hand over the toys. We distribute Christmas toys to families who may otherwise not be in a position to give their children gifts at Christmas.
