Do you have a love of dance, music and sharing your knowledge with our members aged 50+ keen to learn new skills and keep fit physically and mentally.
1 hour per week over 2 semesters (Feb to June and Aug to Dec) held at Margaret Street Hall, Southport. Hoping to boost connection and lift mood, helping people with depression and anxiety, by participating in dance which can be a whole-body workout that is fun.
No formal qualifications are required, just a love of dance.
Mature age volunteers preferred. Centrelink approved.
