Volunteer-led social connection. Offer friendly conversations and regular phone/video check-ins to help adults experiencing loneliness or social isolation feel more connected.

The role

As a LifeLinkConnect Supporter, you provide non-clinical companionship through friendly conversations and regular phone/video check-ins. Where appropriate, you may also support local community connection (e.g., attending a community event together). You follow our safeguarding guidelines, maintain clear boundaries, and let our team know when a match is made (especially for phone or in-person contact). Training and support are provided.
