Want to gain Food Handlers, RSA, and Basic Kitchen Skills? Come volunteer at the Baseball Association Townsville Canteen!
Shifts:
- Usually about an hour long and times include either: 8-9am, 9-10am, 12:30pm-1:30pm or 3:30pm-4:30pm. We don’t expect that someone commits to every week, but ideally every fornight for an hour to ensure you can learn the role. Baseball season is March to August.
Duties:
- Serve customers
- Use EFTPOS to charge customers and process cash payments. Support provided.
- Keep paper tally if someone has a tab/umpire payment going. Training provided.
- Prepare food items
