We are a GC based NDIS Provider that supports youth/young adults to build capacity to engage in programs that increase their purpose, connection and fulfilment in life through mentoring and programs.

The role

A Volunteer Mentor’s role is to provide supervised support to participants throughout group programs such as group mentoring or Connect and Thrive group programs. They may be required to provide 1-1 support to participants during a program (under supervision). Work with Lead Facilitators, Support Workers and our Program Coordinator to assist in the facilitation of group programs and provide targeted support and supervision as required. Great communication skills and be able to self-manage.

Need to know

Participate in all worker screening processes and First Aid Cert/CPR (not compulsory).
