The role

You're the point person coordinating safe, efficient harvests that prevent waste and feed our community. Contact tree owners to arrange details. Schedule harvests and organise equipment. On harvest day: welcome volunteers, conduct safety briefings, oversee the harvest, weigh produce, coordinate distribution. After: deliver fruit to food relief orgs, maintain equipment, document results. Full support provided: manual, mentoring, equipment kits, WhatsApp groups.
