We are calling for Volunteers who will support positive ageing approaches within our Community Aged Care program to assist participants living in their own homes with a range of meaningful activities.
Roles include:
Social Programs: engaging with participants while enjoying arts and crafts, games, cooking activities and social outings.
Phone Support: touching base with participants who may be feeling isolated and lonely.
In-Home Social Connections: engage with participants one-on-one visits in their homes.
Hospital and Respite Visiting: provide participants with much needed support and comfort while in hospital or respite.
Administration: office-based administration and program support.
