We provide social and capacity building programs for neurodiverse youth and young adults. Are you a passionate and energetic person who can contribute to our fun and inclusive group spaces?

The role

GenNow helps youth and young adults living with a psychosocial, mental health or neurodevelopmental disorder or disability to build capacity to engage in experiences and opportunities that increase their purpose, connection and fulfillment in life.

The role is to provide supervised support to participants in our Connect and Thrive group programs. You will work alongside Lead Facilitators to assist in the facilitation of group programs and provide individual support to participants.

Need to know

The primary opportunity is within our cooking groups but there is scope to work in other programs.
