On the first Sunday of March each year, groups across Australia clean up trash at different sites across the country (Clean Up Australia Day) We ask... why only once a year?

The role

Many organisations exist in this space to inspire and empower communities to actively participate in cleaning up, fixing up, and conserving our environment through sustainable living practices. By removing debris (trash) before it enters our waterways or becomes part of the food chain. We can all do our part to protect Australian Wildlife, any day of the year!

This DIY volunteer opportunity encourages you to identify a place that needs some care, and work together to create a local solution!
