Tai chi class, 1 hour per week over 2 semesters (Feb to June and Aug to Dec). Held at Southport Community Centre, Southport. Commencing early February 2026, flexible with day and time.
U3A Southport offers around 80 courses to our members who are aged 50+. We require a Tutor in Tai Chi to pass on and share their knowledge with our members keen to learn new skills. Formal qualifications are preferred for this position.
One in eight Australians over the age of 65 are socially isolated or experience loneliness.
Tai Chi improves strength and fitness which can help keep fit physically and mentally.
