Being a Youth Helper gives you the chance to have fun and be independent. We are looking for people who are approachable and want to work on their communication skills!
What does this role include?
1. Prepare and run games throughout the term
2. Support the youth to create plans and ideas for adventures
3. Go on those adventures and have fun!
How will I be supported?
We have a dedicated team ready to support you at every step! A qualified leader will never be too far away to lend a hand, mentor and back you up. You will not be left alone or expected to be in charge by yourself.
No prior Scouting experience or knowledge is required just a positive and friendly attitude!
