Cancer Transport Drivers are responsible for safely transporting registered cancer clients between their homes and one of the GC Hospital Foundation's four designated cancer treatment centres.

The role

You would typically follow a set weekly roster, with opportunities for additional shifts as required. You must be able to demonstrate compassion and patience with clients experiencing health challenges. One thing to note is that you will need to be available for runs starting as early as 6am as well as late starts with last trips as late as 5pm. This would mean that sometimes you would be collecting and returning keys from the safe outside of office hours. Free mandatory training provided.
