AAIC is looking for someone who can assist in the Care Team with supporting our buddy volunteers with case notes, and help liase with the Care Team Coordinator.

The role

-Pro-actively represent AAIC in community by liaising and building relationship with core -support services and all organisations that we are affiliated with
-Manage AAIC Support team phone and manage incoming calls, assigning and delegating appropriately
-Weekly reporting on Buddy’s Coreplus case note management
-Daily checking of social media platforms and manage incoming enquiries, assign the appropriate buddy for individuals needs

Need to know

As a Care Team Member volunteer, you will need either previous experience or studying in the role
