Volunteers are needed to support GC Police and complement officers’ responsibilities by carrying out a range of crime prevention tasks. You MUST be an Australian Citizen or Perm Resident to apply.

The role

Volunteers may be required to participate in a range of prevention initiatives; provide information; support and assist victims of crime; assist with home and business security assessments; deliver security alerts to communities and presentations to community groups; liaise with community groups; assist with customer service and or administrative duties. Mature, reliable Volunteers must be computer literate, physically and medically fit and be open to a variety of tasks as required.

Employment screening will comply with Commissioner’s directions.
