CareChoice has a fantastic opportunity for a Volunteer Quality Advocate (VQA) to join the team!
Primary objective of the VQA is to safeguard the rights and wellbeing of CareChoice Clients.
This will be achieved by visiting eligible client’s homes as directed and agreed with the Customer Experience Manager (announced or unannounced), to observe and report on the quality of the services and support provided by CareChoice.
