U3A Southport is a passionate, community-driven non-profit organisation supporting vulnerable populations, running educational programs and providing essential services. Our current plan is to acquire a permanent commercial property to support and expand our operations and serve as a long- term hub for volunteer work and social impact. You would need to have knowledge of purchasing processes and have excellent communication and organisational skills, and maybe real estate experience.
Desirable: Exp working with volunteer-based/charitable organisations and funding models and grants.
