This DIY opportunity invites you to get creative with what you have at hand to give people somewhere heart-felt to turn to, helping to share information and reduce Mental Health stigma through the creation of hand-made Mental Health First Aid Kits.
To participate you will need to do some research, identify (and source) any equipment or materials you'll need. You'll plan where they will go when finished, brainstorm ideas for what to include, design your kit(s) and then get creative making them
