Use your creative skills to raise awareness for Mental Wellbeing in a format of your choosing, you could speak with drawings, paintings, poetry, photography or even video content, the choice is yours!

The role

Mental Wellbeing is so important, and luckily less of a taboo than it has previously been.

Help spread the word that help is out there by using your creative skill sets to raise awareness for hotlines, chat services, digital resources and other supports offered by organisations such as R U OK, Headspace, Lifeline, Beyond Blue and BlackDog.

Make a poster, host an event, create a social media campaign, do a little dance... The goal is to raise awareness and feel good whilst doing it!
