We know that women experience common pitfalls in the earliest stages of business, including:
Overwhelm; Needing perfection before starting; Lack of support from family & friends; Lack of self belief.
We have seen that 1:1 support during this stage can increase the rate, pace and viability of businesses started, supporting women to be on the pathway to a profitable business faster.
In this volunteer coaching role you will:
- motivational support and accountability partner
- sounding board for a micro businesswoman
- open doors to relevant networks within the industry for the micro businesswoman
- Connect with a micro businesswoman in 7 x 1 hour fortnightly meetings for 12 weeks.
Skilled volunteering. Induction and onboarding is provided prior to the program kicking off.
