Our Booking Officers set up appointments for prospective volunteers into our database. Our Referral Center handles the many bookings for people wanting to volunteer in the community.
We are looking for a committed, punctual and personable people required to handle telephone bookings in a professional manner. Volunteers need a pleasant phone manner to explain our process to people and paperwork required (training is provided). Volunteers are required to input information on a database during phone calls, with accuracy and attention to detail essential. Medium to high standard computer skills required. Centrelink approved.
Two days per week: 8.30am to 4pm.
