The role is positioned at the front reception area. It involves ensuring that visitors to the Centre experience a welcoming first impression. Duties: prompt visitors to sign in/out of the attendance register, direct visitors to the appropriate team member, answer phone/take messages, respond to basic emails, log room bookings for meetings, maintain stationary cupboards, typing, photocopying, laminating and filing. This position could be shared-two or more volunteers and half days acceptable.
Previous admin exp is not required however volunteers should have the ability to communicate clearly
