We are looking for volunteers to answer incoming calls, communicate with the public seeking migration, refugee and citizenship in Queensland, offer advice, and allocate a consultation time.

The role

You will staff the call centre.
Tasks will include fielding calls and writing to applicants who seek free consultation regarding their migration or citizenship query.
You will require a friendly phone manner and be able to communicate with people from all walks of life. An empathetic ear and willingness to help people is essential.

Need to know

COVID vaccine and Police Check required.
