You can make a real difference. We require a Tutor in Dance Fit to pass on and share their knowledge with our members who are keen to learn new skills.

The role

One in eight Australians over the age of 65 are socially isolated or experience loneliness that can lead to low mood and poor mental health.
Dancing gets you out of your comfort zone in ways other types of exercise do not.
Dancing is a whole-body workout that is fun, good for the heart and makes you stronger by aiding balance and coordination.
Dance workouts lift our mood and help people with depression and anxiety.

Need to know

COVID vaccine required. Classes are once a week for two semesters in 2023.
