Do you have an eye for detail? Help us ensure our accommodation maintained in compliance with lease requirements, and make improvements and purchases to enhance members’ experience.
You will:
Liaise, clarify lease issues with Council and create a strategy for long-term accommodation options;
Undertake an annual review of building maintenance for discussion with the Management Committee;
Manage major suppliers/service providers;
Make recommendations for major equipment purchases;
Undertake an annual audit of all assets;
Liaise with the Treasurer regarding asset purchases and disposals.
