Our Volunteers mentor a young person by being a positive role model at the regular mentoring sessions at your nominated school, providing a safe, judgement free environment.
Based in high schools, we provide young people with a caring, independent volunteer mentor who shows up each week, just for them. With the time to listen, one-to-one support with a mentor empowers young people to talk through life’s challenges and help them cope better, today and in the future.
2 hours per week for 23 weeks, starting in term 2 of 2023.
To be a Raise mentor, you need to complete our compulsory Mentor Training Program and apply for a WWCC and Police Check.
Raise is Australia wide. We have roles in NSW, ACT, SA, WA, Vic, QLD & Tas.
